• Experience in community engagement, partnership development, or advocacy.
• Skilled at building trust and communicating across diverse communities.
• Understanding of the local Tower Hamlets landscape of services and opportunities.
• Creativity, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
• Speak Bengali or another local community language or lived experience of the barriers our participants face.

Responsibilities

• Build strong links with local charities, businesses, and services.
• Unlock opportunities for work tasters, volunteering, and employment.
• Host inclusive community events that bring participants and providers together.
• Offer coaching‑style support in groups and one‑to‑one.
• Champion culturally sensitive engagement, especially with Bengali‑speaking residents.
