• Experience in palliative care or a relevant clinical setting (e.g. oncology, long-term conditions, community).
• Excellent communication skills and emotional resilience.
• A full UK driving licence and access to independent transport for community visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical assessment and symptom management.
• Work closely with GPs and District Nurses to ensure coordinated care.
• Contribute to service development and education.
