Community Paediatric Secretary

Working within a busy, dynamic Community Paediatric Service, encompassing looked after children, child development, education and child protection, you'll work in a great team in modern offices. You'll receive an induction programme, full training and have the opportunity for ongoing learning and development.

If you have a positive attitude and want to learn, this is a great opportunity to utilise your excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills to support others. With experience of working within an office environment, you\'ll have excellent typing and Microsoft Office IT skills and be familiar with audio/digital dictation.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the consultant and community paediatric team, in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, protocols and guidance. This includes typing clinical correspondence, referral management, booking appointments and telephone liaison.
