We are looking for Community Nurses to work in and around the St Ives / Hunts locality. You will be fully supported to gain new skills and experience needed to deliver high quality nursing care to patients in their own home or residential setting.
As a community nurse we will develop your wound care, palliative care and long‑term conditions knowledge and skills; supporting you to become an expert in assessment and care‑planning to deliver quality care that is caring and compassionate.

Personal requirements for the role include:You will not be able to use public transport for this role as it is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
