• At least two years practice experience in a mental health setting.
• At least two years experience of managing a service including managing a staff team.
• One year experience of managing a Community Based Service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality‑of‑service delivery to meet user needs.
• Responsible for line management of staff and day-to-day service operations.
• Liaise with statutory agencies and regulatory bodies.
