Minehead Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Community Matron to join our primary care team.

Main duties of the job

About you - ideal candidate You will be someone who enjoys building strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families. Given the needs of our local population, experience in supporting older adults including frailty, geriatrics, care homes or complex long-term conditions is highly valued.
