A leading energy company is seeking a Community Liaison Officer in Oxford. You'll be the local contact for customer issues and work closely with community organizations. Responsibilities include managing expectations during outages and gathering feedback to improve services. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Base Location: Oxford
Salary: £34,749 - £40,939 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
