A regional healthcare provider is looking for an Administrative Support role within the Maternity Community Hubs. You will contribute to efficient clerical duties, manage patient data accurately, and assist Community Midwives. Essential skills include effective communication and computer proficiency. To provide prompt and professional administrative support to the Maternity Community Hubs, in line with office procedures, contributing to the overall efficient and effective clerical duties supporting the Community Midwifery Hubs. To provide an essential support service to the efficient running of the Community Hub. The post holder must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to work on own initiative. The post holder must have computer skills, be able to communicate effectively and work well under pressure. The highest standard of data quality input is required at all times. To liaise with and offer support to the Community Midwives, Midwifery Leads, to ensure all tasks are carried out in a prompt and efficient manner, within the given timeframe, with patient care at the forefront. A willingness to support Community Midwives within the Department is essential as there will be the need to support different areas within the Community Hub during busy periods, as and when required.
