Community Engagement and Partnership Manager
Drive YCCECE’s visibility and reputation across Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas education communities by building long‑term partnerships with secondary schools, career masters, NGOs, embassies and consulates. Lead high‑impact outreach events and manage stakeholder relationships to support student recruitment pipelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Deputy Director, Marketing and Admissions in implementing engagement plans that align with the College’s marketing and communications strategy.
- Develop and execute an annual school‑partnership roadmap (Hong Kong + Mainland + overseas).
- Organise and host on‑campus & off‑site engagement events, info sessions, career talks, and expo booths.
- Serve as the first point‑of‑contact for all school/guidance teacher inquiries via phone, WeChat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Nurture warm relationships with 200+ secondary schools, career masters, and education bodies.
- Manage end‑to‑end event logistics for large‑scale fairs (e.g. Education & Careers Expo, mainland roadshows).
- Deliver monthly partnership pipeline reports and conversion insights.
- Collaborate with faculty and Registry on joint school projects and articulation pathways.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in education outreach, school liaison, partnership development, or K‑12/tertiary network‑building roles.
- Existing secondary‑school contacts would be a huge advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Ability to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and collaborative work style.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, public holidays and non‑office hours.
- Willingness to work offsite and travel.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Initial appointment will normally be made on a renewable 24‑month contract. Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. The College offers group medical insurance and dental, staff development support and annual leave to eligible appointees.
