Qualifications

  • Be a registered paramedic with current HCPC registration.
  • Have post-registration experience ideally with some being in primary care.
  • Have completed ENP/ECP Minor Injuries and Minor Illness course Level 6.
  • Be able to assess, plan, treat, and refer patients confidently.
  • Understand the need to work within one's training parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Urgently respond to referrals and provide assessment diagnosis and treatment.
  • Support and develop on-the-day emergency patient service.
  • Accurately triage and prioritize patients in emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records efficiently.

Skills

Registered paramedic with HCPC registration
Experience in primary care
Completed ENP / ECP Minor Injuries and Minor Illness course Level 6
Full UK driving licence
Ability to assess, plan, treat, and refer patients
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Experience of autonomous practice
