The role involves providing dietetic care to nursing home patients and other community members, training staff, and engaging in research. The Berkshire Community Dietetic Service has an opportunity to offer a permanent Band 5 Community Dietitian role.
The post holder will be covering a community caseload, including providing dietetic care to nursing home patients via the Care Home Support Team, training to nursing staff, outpatient clinics, community inpatient ward input, paediatric triage, patients requiring nutritional support or enteral nutrition in nursing homes and their own homes.
