A leading housing association is seeking a Community Caretaker to join their Neighbourhoods team, covering Bolton and Greater Manchester. Ideal candidates will have caretaking and cleaning experience, a valid UK driving licence, and enjoy community interaction. Location: Bolton – Platt Hill – covering Bolton and Greater Manchester

Salary: £25,603 - £29,027 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

We are seeking a Community Caretaker to join our Neighbourhoods team in Bolton and Greater Manchester.

With experience of caretaking and cleaning, you’ll also be responsible for reporting repairs and removing bulky waste items from communal areas on the estates.

You will need to enjoy working with people as will be a visible representative for Clarion in the neighbourhood and have experience of caretaking and cleaning being responsible forthe cleanliness, safety and security of our residents.

You’ll be required to drive around sites across Bolton and Greater Manchester; so the ability to travel is crucial.
