Community Care Assistant - Newhall & Surrounding Areas. Bradcare Limited, Newhall, Derbyshire, DE11. Permanent, Full time.

Responsibilities
  • Bringing smiles, support, and independence to people in their own homes
  • Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication prompts, and companionship
  • Driving around Newhall as a local helper (fuel allowance included)
  • Working a flexible 35+ hours, including one weekend on, one weekend off
  • Providing tea and listening to residents' life stories
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A kind and caring nature; ability to chat and share a cuppa
  • Availability to work a mix of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and every other weekend
  • A can-do attitude; willingness to help with dressing and provide encouragement

Pay Rates
  • Unqualified Carers
    • Weekday: £12.65 per hour
    • Weekend: £13.00 per hour
  • Qualified Carers (Level 2+ in Health & Social Care)
    • Weekday: £13.10 per hour
    • Weekend: £14.00 per hour
