Change Management & Communications Manager

Join a global leader in innovation and transformation. Our client is seeking a dynamic Change Management & Communications Manager to lead strategic change initiatives and drive engagement across the organisation. You\'ll work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.

You'll design and implement change management strategies, develop impactful communications, and foster readiness across teams. This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing change management and communication plans
  • Conducting readiness assessments and risk mitigation strategies
  • Creating engaging communication materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides)
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts and business lines
  • Supporting change champions and agent networks
  • Tracking adoption metrics and reinforcing change sustainability
  • Building cross-functional relationships to support project success
Qualifications
  • A bachelor\'s degree in communications, organisational effectiveness, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in change management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of R&D processes and business alignment
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle and change methodologies (AIM or similar a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across cultures and functions
