About the Schools - Cognita and Alleyn’s Schools Group Partnership

Cognita has partnered with the Alleyn’s Schools Group to establish two leading independent day schools in north London. This pioneering collaboration brings together Cognita—one of the world’s most influential education groups, educating over 100,000 students across 21 countries—and Alleyn’s, south London’s finest co‑educational day school and Co‑educational School of the Year 2025. As part of the partnership, North Bridge House Regent’s Park Prep and North Bridge House Hampstead are becoming Alleyn’s schools. Alleyn’s Regent’s Park successfully transitioned this September, welcoming pupils aged 4–11. Alleyn’s Hampstead will follow in September 2026, offering an exceptional education for pupils aged 2–18 and bringing Alleyn’s distinctive ethos of academic excellence, creativity, and care to north London.

About the Role

As a Communications & Events Assistant, you will play a key role in connecting our school communities through engaging communications and well‑organised events. You’ll produce weekly newsletters, maintain our communication platforms, and ensure all materials reflect our brand standards. Your work will support admissions‑led events such as Open Days, coffee mornings, and information evenings, creating a welcoming experience for families. This is a full‑time, varied role where you’ll collaborate with marketing teams, leadership, and teaching staff, while working across two vibrant school sites in Regent’s Park and Hampstead.

Who We Are Looking For

You are highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities. With excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail, you can craft clear, engaging content for parents and stakeholders. You enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, coordinating people and information, and supporting events with professionalism and warmth. Experience in communications, marketing support, or event coordination is essential, and familiarity with CMS platforms or design tools is a plus. If you thrive on collaboration, have strong IT skills, and can adapt calmly during busy periods, we’d love to hear from you.
