About Our Client

Job Description

  • Create clear and well-designed messages for the private stage of our big fundraising campaign.
  • Work with the teams who handle big donations and business partners to write strong proposals, presentations, and event invites.
  • Help plan marketing and press activities to raise awareness of our work with major donors.
  • Use planning tools (like OASIS plans) to guide big projects and give advice on smaller ones.
  • Make sure all high-value fundraising links smoothly with our wider campaigns and brand messages.
  • Talk confidently with senior staff to shape and agree on key messages.
  • Give clear briefs to designers and writers so they can produce strong, on-brand content.
  • Keep everything running on time by helping plan and organise the work across teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience in PR, marketing, or communications - ideally in a charity, but private offices or wealth management also welcome.
  • Confident working with major donor fundraising, corporate partnerships, or philanthropy teams.
  • Can build strong communication plans and create content that appeals to high-value supporters.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior staff and adapting quickly when priorities shift.
  • Enjoys working in a busy environment and can stay calm and focused under pressure
