A leading educational institution in Leeds is seeking a Communications and Administration Coordinator to support the Students’ Association. The role involves improving administrative processes and communication, requiring strong communication skills, experience in social media management, and a relevant educational background. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and comprehensive benefits including holiday, pension, and medical insurance.

The role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require travel to the nearest Arden Campus as and when business requirements. You will also be required to attend other campuses to support team and student activities. These will be arranged in advance with your manager. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit, so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused individual to join the Arden University Students’ Association as we grow to further develop our advocacy, research and representation of students across blended and digital-learning. This role supports and drives improvements to the administrative and communication functions for the Association. You will provide regular support to staff and students to help build effective operating models, systems, and processes, and will take an active role in scoping and delivering new initiatives and developments. You will also play a key part in communications and marketing to students and wider stakeholders.
