A leading management organization is seeking a new member for its Regulation Compliance Committee in London. The role involves providing regulatory oversight, monitoring risks, and advising on governance issues. We are seeking to appoint a new member to the Regulation Compliance Committee (RCC). This Committee acts as a vital Advisory Committee to the Board, specifically related to our annual statement of compliance and Self Assessment Report.
The RCC provides critical oversight of the Awarding Body and End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), ensuring CMI functions in full compliance with all regulatory requirements. This includes the End Point Assessment Organisation for apprenticeship standards within the scope of Ofqual recognition.
As a member, you will support the Committee in maintaining ongoing compliance with the General Conditions of Recognition of Ofqual, CCEA Regulation, Welsh Government, and SQA Accreditation Regulatory Principles.
Working alongside the Chair and other members, you will help the Committee fulfill its Terms of Reference through the following activities :

The Committee consists of a Chairperson, a Deputy Chairperson, and up to nine other members appointed by the Board. The quorum for meetings is not fewer than four members.
The Committee meets 4 times per year and one of these meetings is in person held at the CMI London Kinsway office. There is an expectation to review any relevant information presented prior to the meetings and engage in ongoing discussions within the Awarding Organisation sector.
