Our Commis Waiters are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a Commis Waiter in a highly dynamic restaurant
• A track record of leading and inspiring a young vibrant team
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine / service (preferred but not essential)
• A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task under pressure
