We are hiring experienced Commi Chefs to work at a client restaurant. Exerience is mandatory.. . Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation and cooking. Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, portioning) as per kitchen requirements. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety (HACCP). Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well-stocked. Follow recipes and presentation guidelines consistently. Support the team during busy service periods. Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items. Comply with health & safety and company policies
