As a Commis Chef, you are a key part of the kitchen team, supporting the preparation of each dish with care and precision. You’ll help bring the spirit of the Caribbean to life through food, ensuring every plate is a delight and a reflection of island life.

Your role will focus on delivering exceptional food quality while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and providing guests with a memorable culinary experience.
