Job description

My client is recruiting for a Commercial Solicitor at Partner level to join their law firm on a fully remote basis as a Consultant. This opportunity should appeal to a successful partner with in‑depth experience in commercial law who has entrepreneurial flair to grow their own practice on their own terms.

They are a virtual law firm whose lawyers operate entirely remotely and are made up of a team of over 40 people based across the UK – many of whom are lawyers who have come from Top 20 or Magic Circle firms or were in‑house counsel at FTSE 100 companies. Their practice provides City of London levels of service to a diverse array of large and small clients located nationally and internationally.

The Role

You will work alongside other Partners and Consultants in the Commercial practice while also developing your own practice.

Responsibilities

• Have the ability and experience in managing complex cases
• Have a strong grounding in all aspects of commercial law with relevant experience and a track record of successfully handling files at a senior level, including
• Collaborate well with your peers on internal referrals
• Be adept at undertaking the general responsibilities of partnership
