TSR Legal are currently working with a well-regarded boutique law firm based in Cardiff that seeks a 4+ PQE Solicitor with strong commercial experience to join their highly regarded team based in Cardiff. Joining a growing commercial team, the successful Solicitor will work alongside a team of commercial solicitors on a complex and varied caseload covering a variety of commercial matters.

The Role

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Franchise agreements
• E-commerce and software as a service agreement
• Supply terms
• Agency agreements
• Participation in business development and networking initiatives
• Developing data protection procedures
• Reviewing, drafting data processing and data sharing agreements

The Person

• A solicitor with 4+ PQE Commercial experience
• Technically proficient in all aspects of commercial contract and data protection work
• Excels in verbal and written communication
• Good time and file management skills
• Strives for high standards and is willing to go the extra mile for clients
