Overview

The Emergency Services Network (ESN) is a strategic priority for BT, delivering mission critical and trusted communications for Britain's Emergency Services. ESN will replace the existing Airwave network and build on EE's 4G network to provide essential voice, data and critical communications services to 300,000 frontline emergency service users. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the ESN Programme in the Optional Services area, focusing on survey and design reports for external clients, tracking progress against targets, and providing guidance for coverage solutions. You will be required to undergo National Security Vetting to SC or NPPV level.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver comprehensive survey and design reports tailored for external clients
• Monitor and report on the progress of these reports, ensuring alignment with set targets
• Collaborate with the delivery team to provide insights and recommendations for coverage solutions
• Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Assist with various ad hoc tasks within the Commercial Coverage Team, contributing to overall team success

Qualifications

• Proven analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in producing and reviewing reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues of all levels
• Experience in handling customer queries and providing effective solutions
• Experience working within a team to achieve common goals
• Good experience of MS products and enthusiasm for developing new skills and growing professionally
