Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in King's Lynn is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to generate new business, attract candidates through multiple channels, and manage the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and sales skills, be self-motivated, and hold a FULL UK Driving Licence. This role follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.

Overview

Berry Recruitment King's Lynn currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in King's Lynn.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by completing business development activities such as sales calls, sales meetings and drops
• Attract candidates by advertising, CV searching and using social media
• Interview and match candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment process

Requirements

• The ability to work towards targets/KPI's
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be self-motivated, driven and resilient
• Possess strong rapport building skills
• Be able to work in a high pressured environment
• Hold a FULL UK Driving Licence

You would ideally have previous recruitment experience or have experience within working in a Sales environment.

Working hours

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch.
