Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Managing commercial lease matters including grants, renewals, assignments and portfolio management.
• Handling options, conditional contracts, pre-emption and promotion agreements.
• Acting on secured lending transactions, including development and site assembly work.
• Supporting the property aspects of corporate asset and share sales and acquisitions.
