• The role involves handling a wide range of property transactions, including complex matters, requiring strong commercial property expertise
• You will manage a varied caseload, including sales and purchases, remortgages, refinancing, commercial leases, and construction contracts
• Responsibilities also include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, leases, and transfer deeds
• This assignment suits a solicitor available to start immediately and commit on a full-time ongoing basis
• Support is provided by a legal secretary and wider team members
• The role is primarily office-based, but hybrid working will be considered
