With a prestigious Central London location and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (6+ Years PQE) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value transactions and engage with sophisticated clients across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing high-value and complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management

• Advising high-net-worth individuals, corporate entities, and investors on property investments and development projects

• Handling lease negotiations, landlord-tenant matters, and strategic estate planning

• Providing legal expertise on secured lending and property finance matters

• Liaising with financial institutions, developers, and investors to deliver tailored legal solutions

• Keeping up to date with evolving commercial property legislation and market trends

• Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to the firm’s continued growth

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years PQE in commercial property law

• Extensive experience handling complex and high-net-worth property transactions

• Strong understanding of London’s commercial property market

• Proven ability to work autonomously on high-value cases

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

• Commercial awareness and ability to provide strategic legal advice
