The Opportunity

A leading UK law firm with a strong reputation for high-quality commercial work is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (1+3 PQE) to join its expanding Real Estate team. The Role

You will be joining a team that handles a broad range of commercial property matters for an impressive client portfolio, including developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and institutions. Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and portfolio management for commercial property clients.
  • Advising on property aspects of corporate transactions and investment deals.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial property documents, including leases, licences, and agreements for sale.
  • Supporting senior team members on complex development and regeneration projects.
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, ensuring high standards of client care and service delivery.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across the firm.
About You
  • Qualified solicitor with at least 1 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical skills with solid experience in transactional real estate matters.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
