Commercial Property Solicitor – Swansea

Chadwick Nott have been instructed on a new opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading regional firm in South Wales.

My client are a forward-thinking progressive firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor of 5+ PQE to join their dynamic Commercial Property team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload including landlord and tenant matters, property acquisitions and sales, and refinancing.
  • Occasional residential work for commercial clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years Pqe in commercial property (or equivalent senior experience).
  • Excellent communicator with strong technical knowledge of commercial property.
