Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for your next career move with a highly regarded UK law firm? We’re working with a respected full‑service practice with offices in London, Oxford and the South East, known for delivering clear, practical legal advice to commercial businesses, not‑for‑profit organisations, public bodies and private clients.

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its growing Real Estate team. You'll enjoy a varied and high‑quality caseload acting for developers, investors, landlords and tenants including retailers, high‑profile banks and major development clients.

The Role

You will advise across the full lifecycle of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial and development property
• Leasing – acting on complex landlord and tenant transactions
• Development projects and site assembly
• Property finance and secured lending

Investment work and asset management

Advising on strategic land acquisitions, complex lease negotiations and multi‑site developments. Acting for developers, investors, landlords, tenants and funders across a broad range of sectors.

About You

We're keen to hear from Solicitors who have:

• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property / Real Estate
• Strong experience in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and financing
• Confidence advising on complex transactions and strategic matters
• Excellent client‑facing and commercial skills
• A collaborative approach and ambition to progress within a leading team
