The Role What Youll Be Doing

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will:

• Manage your own diverse caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions disposals leases landlord and tenant work and development projects
• Provide commercially focused legal advice to a varied client base from SMEs to larger corporate entities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and high retention rates
• Mentor and support junior colleagues contributing to their professional development through knowledge sharing and supervision
• Actively participate in business development initiatives growing your professional network and contributing to the firm's strategic growth
• Collaborate across departments to facilitate cross-referrals and support firm-wide objectives
• Utilise astate-of-the-art case management system designed to enhance efficiency and streamline your workload

About You Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE in Commercial Property law
• Proven experience managing your own caseload within a reputable law firm
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial property transactions including acquisitions disposals leases and development work
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver commercially sound advice
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with strong organisational and time management abilities
• Mentoring capability to support and develop junior team members
• Business development mindset with enthusiasm for growing your practice and contributing to firm growth
