You’ll join the highly regarded Commercial Property team in Bath , working alongside leading lawyers in the field. The team is known for its work with owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals, often combining commercial and high-value residential matters.

Work will include

• Leases, disposals and acquisitions
• Easements and other title issues
• Property development
• Rural and agricultural property, including farm diversification
• Property finance and funding

You’ll manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and have regular client contact, as well as opportunities for cross-departmental work and business development.
