The Role:

As a Commercial Property Management Surveyor, you'll manage client portfolios and act as the primary point of contact for all property management matters. This includes regular site visits and building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management
  • Manage commercial investment properties across Wales.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare service charge budgets.
  • Ensure landlord services and statutory compliance.
  • Liaise with tenants and oversee rent and charge collection.
  • Arrange maintenance and manage insurance cover.
  • Notify clients of rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Provide admin support for management companies.
  • Contribute to new business generation and cross-selling.
Client Management
  • Deliver timely reporting and attend client meetings.
  • Identify PR opportunities and support service improvements.
  • Manage junior team members and FM/support resources.
About You
  • Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards).
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient under pressure with excellent time management.
  • IT proficient (Microsoft Office and relevant packages).
  • Full UK driving licence.
