Overview

A Commercial Property Lawyer is required by a Commercial Property team of a private practice law firm within their office in the New Forest, Hampshire.

An established private practice with excellent links with the local community. The firm offers a wide range of legal services and has an excellent reputation for providing high quality and cost effective legal advice to their clients.

Role

The Commercial Property Lawyer will join a Property team to manage their own caseload of residential transactions such as the sale and purchase of houses, flats, apartments, maisonettes, town houses both freehold and leasehold.

  • Manage own caseload of residential transactions (sale and purchase of houses, flats, apartments, maisonettes, town houses) including both freehold and leasehold properties.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality commercial property services within the team and maintain strong client relationships.

Candidate
