Overview

Service Care Solutions is working with a respected Local Authority, based in Lincolnshire, who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled property lawyer to take on varied and interesting work within a supportive public sector environment, while retaining flexibility through remote working.

Commercial Property Lawyer

Location

Lincolnshire – remote bar the need to attend the office once per month

Contract and Rate
  • Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph
  • PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06-£48.41ph
  • Contract Length: 3 months ongoing
Key Responsibilities
  • This role will focus on a broad range of local government commercial conveyancing work, with a particular emphasis on:
  • Landlord and Tenant matters (including work under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954).
  • Sale and purchase of land.
  • Occasional residential conveyancing (excluding Right to Buy matters).
Key Requirements
  • Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister (in England and Wales) with 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • Ideally have local authority experience of working within a commercial property legal team.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
