Our Client is a well-established Property Law Firm and they are recruiting Commercial Property Lawyers in Formby, Merseyside. Applicants preferring to work either full or part time are welcome to apply and hybrid working would be considered.

About the role

This role is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain excellent multi-disciplinary experience. As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be:

  • Dealing with commercial transactions, both sales and purchases
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial leases
  • Dealing with both freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Negotiating lease terms (including rent, transfer/renewal options duration exit etc)
  • Dealing with commercial refinancing
About the ideal skill set

The ideal candidate for the position of Commercial Property Lawyer will have/be:

  • Either SRA registered or CLC accredited
  • Commercial awareness
  • A team player with a client focussed approach
  • Able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities
  • A strong academic background
  • Experience of working across all areas of property law, including both residential and commercial development (desirable)
  • Knowledge of portfolio management (desirable)
About the salary and rewards

As a Commercial Property Lawyer you will receive a salary of £30,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
