As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of our projects, this will include aspects of estimating, quantity surveying and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Work out early cost estimates based on the client’s ideas.
• Suggest cheaper or smarter ways to get the same result.
• Measure materials, finishes, and fittings from the drawings.
• Put together Bills of Quantities and cost breakdowns.
• Get everything ready so contractors can price the job properly
• Review quotes from contractors and suppliers.
