As a leader in the defence and space industry, a Commercial Manager is sought to play a central role in preparing, negotiating, and managing all commercial commitments across every stage – from acquisition of the project to contract closure – related to UK Space Digital (SD) projects. Our Commercial and Contracts team is empowered to translate customer expectations and internal company requirements into a robust commercial strategy. We identify and manage commercial risks from the pre‑bid phase through to project closure, act as the focal point for offers and contracts, and lead commercial contract negotiations to make informed decisions, build resilience within our network, and set best‑in‑class standards.
