The role involves managing commercial compliance and risks, supporting contract managers and leading contract mobilization. Overview

We're looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join our PFI/PPP Contracts team based in Neath.

Location: Neath Port Talbot

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Commercial Director and Head of PFI in managing commercial compliance and risk
  • Leading the commercial mobilisation of the Velindre contract
  • Managing commercial risks and minimising financial deductions
  • Supporting Contract Managers with reporting, pay mechanisms, and performance monitoring
  • Overseeing procurement processes and contract variations

  • You have industry-relevant qualifications and prior experience within the PFI/PPP sector
  • You bring strong administrative and organisational skills, and are proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • You demonstrate collaborative, trusted, and focused behaviours in your work
