Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor. Commercial Interiors Fit-out. Location: London (West London) & Berks / Bucks / Herts. Salary up to 90,000 plus package.

Responsibilities
  • Work on a number of technical projects in North West London and Bucks, Berks & Herts locations, reporting to the Commercial Director.
  • Fully responsible for a number of projects, including estimating, developing and reviewing target costs, forecast and cash flow analysis.
  • Assist in all aspects of financial control: valuations, measurements and cost reports, attending meetings and ensuring adequate cost monitoring and management.
  • Co-ordinate and agree the production of final accounts with various parties to ensure project approvals and completions are obtained on time.
  • Office based with site visits as required; liaise with teams on current projects.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years' practical experience within Interiors Main Contractor, preferably Design and Build and fast-track fitting out.
  • Experience with fast-paced environments; strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team; motivated and focused.
  • HND or equivalent qualification or above preferred.
Salary & Benefits

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to the industry and can exceed the stated level. Bonus and additional benefits are included in the package. The group are a recognised performer in the sector.
