Our client is an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office & laboratory design and build and furniture. They are looking for a skilled Commercial Manager to join their team in Cambridge and help deliver projects up to circa £5m.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Commercial Manager with a proven track record to join their experienced delivery team in Cambridge. Primary objectives include managing pre & post contract commercials of projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring all agreements are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Pricing: Set pricing for products and services based on market research and analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement process for projects, acquiring materials and equipment at the best possible prices and within budget constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues during the project.
