In this role, you'll take the lead in managing a high value FIDIC contract package, making sure everything runs smoothly and in line with project goals. You'll provide clear commercial oversight, from cost control and forecasting to risk management and change control, while keeping NEC-based contracts aligned across the project. Building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, you'll guide procurement, negotiation, and performance monitoring. You'll share insightful reports with senior stakeholders, support dispute resolution, and ensure governance follows BGEN and MGROUP protocols. Alongside this, you'll mentor junior staff, helping them grow while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
