Job description

I am currently working with a Local Authority based in the West Midlands searching for an interim Commercial Maintenance Surveyor.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Commercial maintenance surveying.
• Fire door/fire protection works.
• Reactive works (ideally).
• Flooding, burst pipes, roof leaking.
• Local Authority experience (ideally).
• Experience in works for leisure centres.

The day to day of this role will include accessing the properties, assess the damage, writing a report, and managing the contractors from start to finish.

The package for this role includes:

• 4 month initial contract.
• £40/hour inside IR35.
• Site to site mileage of £0.40/mile.
• 3 days working from home.
