Commercial litigation solicitor is sought by large commercial law firm with offices across the UK. You will be over two pqe and be working in a busy litigation team. In this role you can expect a varied case load of shareholder and director disputes, breach of contract claims, professional negligence claims, property disputes and contentious insolvency work to name a few.
