The Role

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in managing complex, high-value disputes and driving the continued success of the commercial litigation offering. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex and high‑value commercial disputes.
• Oversee and support the performance of fee‑earners, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, commercially‑focused advice.
• Participate in regular team meetings to plan and manage workloads efficiently.
• Align team objectives with the firm's wider strategy and vision.
• Develop expertise in a chosen industry sector or specialist area of law.
