Role Description
  1. Provide legal support to Israel product development teams on software licensing topics.
  2. Support sales teams with commercial agreements, including sales, pricing, and distribution agreements in Israel and potentially other European territories.
  3. Offer first-line legal support and counseling to Israel HR teams on employment law issues, with assistance from in-house employment law experts and outside counsel.
  4. Provide first-line legal support on Israel litigation matters, both commercial and HR-specific, with support from litigation experts and outside counsel.
  5. Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating policies, processes, and training programs.
  6. Collaborate with the broader EMEA legal team to identify compliance risks, develop corrective actions, and guide on avoiding similar issues in the future.
Qualifications
  1. Qualified lawyer in Israel or England & Wales.
  2. 7+ years of relevant legal experience post-qualification.
  3. Experience in law firms and in-house legal roles.
  4. Fluent in Hebrew and English.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand complex matters and provide practical advice.
  6. Pragmatic, risk-aware problem-solving skills.
