Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Insurance Account Handler role required.
• Preferably have Property, Retail, Combined Packages & D&O insurance experience.
• Strong organisational and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate contact with existing customers to meet their insurance needs.
• Prepare and agree forecasts, targets, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure documentation is clear and accessible to team members.
• Comply with FCA Principles for Business and internal procedures.
• Assist with London Market presence and placements via Lloyd's.
