Commercial Insurance Account Handler – Join a Values-Led, Client-Focused Independent Broker

Location: West Farleigh, near Maidstone, Kent (Office-based)

Hours: Full-time - 9.00am - 5.00pm

The Role

We’re seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Handler who brings initiative, energy and professionalism to everything they do. You’ll manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their trusted adviser and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing renewals and mid‑term adjustments accurately and efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting new business
• Assisting with claims and providing a smooth, supportive client experience
• Using Acturis to manage quotes, documentation and policy records

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of two years’ commercial insurance experience (broker or insurer background)
• Working towards CII qualifications or keen to achieve them
• Confident across key commercial classes including:
• Mini Fleet
• Motor Trade
• Commercial Vehicle and Private Car
• Package Policies (Shops, Offices, Tradesmen, Property Owners)
• Commercial Combined
• A genuine team player who uses initiative, demonstrates professionalism, brings energy, and is ready to step up and take on more responsibility
• Previous Acturis experience preferred
