Package: £45,000 - £49,000 / 40 hour week / 22 + 8 days holiday / door to door / 1 in 8 on call / Van with some private use / overtime paid at x1.5 / pension / mobile

The Role

We have been established for over 50 years, providing heating, air conditioning, fire protection, and ventilation services to our long-standing clients across the South East. We mainly work in schools, retail, and commercial office buildings across London. We are proud of the reputation we have built, which has resulted in many clients staying with us since inception.

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to predominantly maintain, service, and repair commercial heating equipment, with occasional installations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, repair, and maintain heating and plumbing systems in commercial buildings
2. Perform routine maintenance on heating systems to ensure optimal performance
3. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
4. Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
5. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

Qualifications and Experience

• Commercial gas qualifications
• Driver's License

• £45,000 - £49,000 per year

• 40-hour workweek, with most employees finishing by 5 pm
